In order to impel the exploration and practice of “action-orientation” teaching method, engine self-study and optimize the class teaching, the sixth teaching competition was held successfully. 9 top teachers from different departments competed here and Miss Ding Huijie and Miss Hu Juan stood at the top at last.
All teachers, in fact, prepared well for this competition and every department paid more attention to this competition. The teachers’ performances reflected the results of each department’s teaching level and teaching reform. Many competitors focused “working process-oriented” on their organizing teaching activities. The design of teaching content was logical and key points were highlighted. The teaching method was emphasized with “to impel self-study and efficiency” and the interaction and getting help from modern technology were normal in class. The teacher had become the facilitator, not the host. The students were highlighted and involved in the class deeply.
This competition reached its expectant object and also boosted the teaching reform in IVT, which would benefit teachers’ teaching quality out of question.
